| Older Adult Health & Well-being Programme 2008 (Older Adult) Ongoing Event, Ends 14/12/2008 Location: University of Glasgow Aimed at those 55 and over. We use a unique blend of exercise classes, courses and gym sessions to add variety and create interest for what we deliver. Our programme is also known for its great social side with time for tea and a chat after each session. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, to make the sessions as strenuous or easy as they wish, to achieve the numerous positive health benefits of exercising on a regular basis.
