| Helensburgh and West Dunbartonshire Ramblers’ Weekend Walk Depart 9.30am (Hillwalking) Location: Meet at Helensburgh Pier in front of the swimming pool. Today's walk is to Duncolm, the highest point in the Kilpatrick hills. The route follows the Loch Humphrey burn to Greenside Reservoir and goes below Cochno Hill to Craighurst and Duncolm. It returns over lesser hillocks to Loch Humphrey, Greenside Reservoir and the outward track. On road, track and trackless high level grassland, this easy to moderate 13½ km walk has a total ascent of 351m, a maximum height of 401m and will take 5½ hrs.
